Current Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Loss Adjuster. If you have solid knowledge of claims assessment, risk analysis and claims management in the insurance industry, we invite you to apply for this challenging position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate assessment of damages caused by different types of events covered by insurance policies.
- Detailed analysis of risks and related documents to determine coverage and eligibility.
- Working closely with policyholders, experts and other stakeholders to establish the correctness of claims.
- Effective management of claim files, from initial investigation to completion of the process.
- Providing accurate reports and relevant documentation to support the claims process.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in claims adjustment within the insurance industry.
- Solid knowledge of insurance specific terms, policies and procedures.
- Verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Problem solving and customer oriented attitude.
